A function for basic bond angle determination.
angle.xyz(xyz, atm.inc = 3)
xyz | a numeric vector of Cartisean coordinates. |
---|---|
atm.inc | a numeric value indicating the number of atoms to increment by between successive angle evaluations (see below). |
